Shipping and Returns

How your order is made

Moto Ape shirts are printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you to buy it, which means each shirt is made specifically for you after your order comes in. Production takes a few business days, and your parcel ships once the shirt is printed and checked.

Delivery

Orders inside the United States usually arrive within about a week of shipping. International orders take longer and vary by destination. You will get tracking by email as soon as the parcel leaves the print facility.

Returns and exchanges

Because every shirt is made to order, we are not able to accept returns simply because a design did not grow on you. Please use the size guide before ordering, and measure a shirt you already own if you are unsure.

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong in any way, that is on us. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem and we will replace it or refund you.
